How do I measure range of motion?

Prior to beginning any exercises, you will be asked to measure range of motion. It can be measured manually, or it will be assigned by the therapist when performing an assigned treatment. Please be aware, when measuring range of motion passively, the device will move according to its setting. DO NOT attempt to make any extreme movements during this time, as it could lead to damage of the device and/or patient injury.
